What a better way to welcome the spirit of Spring by celebrating life, practicing yoga, and having fun with raffles?
Come join Yoga Instructor Charlene Wee for this yoga charity event benefiting Team Survivor Northwest, a local non-profit providing free fitness and health resources to women diagnosed with cancer. This event is open to anyone who has at least 6 months experience practicing yoga. Space is limited. The class can accommodate 30 participants.
There will be a yoga class and afternoon snack; and we will be raffling off fantastic prizes featuring local merchants.

WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat and cash for raffle tickets.
WHAT TO KNOW: Space is limited to 30 participants! First-come, first-serve. Must have at least 6 months of yoga experience.

ABOUT CHARLENE WEE: Yoga has given Charlene a new perspective in life which contains less stress and more joy; she wants to share this with her students. Her friendly and informative classes focus on proper alignment of yoga poses to encourage students of all levels to practice safely and receive the full benefits from yoga. She promotes awareness in body and mind, and believes that everyone has the power to lead a balanced and happy life. Charlene has been practicing yoga since 2004, and teaching alignment-based yoga since 2007. She has completed 200-hour teacher training with Yoga Works, and is currently in the 500-hour and 2000-hour yoga teacher training at Purna Yoga College.
