Walking Group Pilot
Walking is a great, low-impact way to get moving and stay active! We are currently piloting moderate walks lasting about an hour. If you are new to Team Survivor Northwest, this is a great place to start! We aim to create local groups where you can enjoy the good company of others along with good exercise. Walking groups will run year-round.

The Seattle Walking Group pilot program meets at Seward Park on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month (9am). Plan to walk for about an hour (2.4 mile loop). The group meets at Green Lake on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month (10am) and walks the 2.8-mile loop around the lake. Pace will be based on attendees and no one will be left behind. Once we confirm your membership, you will receive the meeting time and place.
Intensity Level: Low to Moderate

“TSNW provides a network of amazing women who have become some of my closest friends. I firmly believe that exercise is the best thing we can be doing for our health! This is not your typical support group. The camaraderie is incredible!”
