Walking Group Pilot Program
Walking is a great, low-impact way to get moving and stay active! We are currently piloting moderate walks lasting about an hour. We aim to create local groups where you can enjoy the good company of others along with good exercise. Walking groups will run year-round.

Becoming a member is free and a required first step to taking part in our programs.
The Seattle Walking Group pilot program just started and walks in the Montlake area. Plan to walk for about an hour. We will roughly aim for 2-2.5 miles, but pace will be based on attendees and no one will be left behind. Once you are cleared for participation, you will receive the meeting time and place, which will be the same each week.
Intensity Level: Low to Moderate

We are in the process of starting an Eastside Walking Group. Plan to walk for about an hour. We will roughly aim for 2-2.5 miles, but pace will be based on attendees and no one will be left behind. Location(s) will be determined based on input of those who sign up.
