Walking is a great, low-impact way to get moving and stay active! Join us as we walk, talk, and explore various parks and neighborhoods. You’ll be able to get your heart rate up while enjoying the motivation that comes from walking with a group. Plan on up to 2 hours. Walking can be helpful whether you have recently undergone treatment or are ten and twenty years out.
