Photo Release Policy
Team Survivor Northwest photographers and program leads sometimes take photos (or an occasional video) of our members to represent our organization, thereby reaching more women who could benefit from our programs. TSNW does not associate names with photos or videos without specific permission. By being in a photo/video, you grant full rights to TSNW to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve TSNW’s aims. You are responsible to remove yourself from the group photo and/or let the photographer know in advance if you do not wish to be in any photos.
Due to the sensitivities of those who have gone through chemo treatment, TSNW has a policy that prohibits scented products in order to provide a comfortable, scent-free environment for all members. Thank you for avoiding wearing products like perfume and scented lotion when you attend TSNW programs and events.
Code of Conduct
Our priority is to ensure that Team Survivor Northwest is a safe and welcoming environment for all. By becoming a member, you agree to the TSNW Code of Conduct. We are committed to a culture of respect, fairness, support and trust for our members, our instructors, coaches and program leaders, our staff, our board and our volunteers. All are expected to act in alignment with these values. To read the TSNW Code of Conduct, log into TeamUp, click on Membership and go to the Documents Tab.
By attending in-person activities, you agree to follow this policy (as of February 2023):
- Exposure: Must be 5 days since exposure and symptom-free (without medication) to attend. Must wear mask until day 10. Because COVID can be asymptomatic, TSNW encourages testing at day 5 after exposure, regardless of symptoms.
- Positive or symptomatic for COVID: Must be 10 days since positive test or onset of symptoms and no current symptoms.
