All TSNW members are invited to this weekly drop-in class. Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial arts practice often referred to as “moving mediation”. Tai Chi‘s fluid focused and mindful movements strengthen leg muscles, condition tendons and ligaments of the hips, ankles, knees and feet and is known for reducing stress, elevating mood, building the immune system, improving balance and body awareness improving all areas of strength in performing all of life’s mental and physical activities.
