All women who have had a cancer diagnosis—at any point in their lives—are welcome. We support every fitness level, diagnosis, and stage of recovery.
Yes, with guidance. Research shows that movement while in treatment provides better outcomes. Our programs are tailored for cancer survivors, and instructors can modify exercises based on your treatment stage. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting.
Programs are open to adult women over 18.
Yes. Classes and programs are designed to accommodate a range of abilities—from beginners to advanced participants.
Programs are led by skilled instructors, including those with specialized training in cancer-safe exercise. All instructors modify activities to meet participants’ needs and abilities. Certain programs are also led by experienced volunteer leaders from our member community. Across all offerings, safety, recovery, and support come first.
Start by creating a free membership. Membership is open to all women who have had a cancer diagnosis. The sign-up process takes just a few minutes, and once completed, you’ll receive confirmation and access to programs via our Program Calendar.
Once you create a login in TeamUp, you can access our Program Calendar and sign up instantly. Use filters to search by class type.
Membership is renewed annually based on your signup date. If you’re prompted to complete a form again, it’s likely time to renew—welcome back!

For Community & Donors
We combine movement with meaningful connection. Women support each other, share experiences, and celebrate milestones in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Most of our programs are free. Some programs have cost, or special equipment may be needed to participate. Financial assistance and scholarships are available. Click here to apply.
