2022 Climbers

TSNW’s inspiring group of climbers is training hard for their Mount St. Helens climb! Not only are these women tackling this feat in an effort to improve their own health – they are also raising funds for other women who have had a cancer diagnosis. By supporting this climb, you are providing more women who have had a cancer diagnosis the opportunity to thrive. Focus Group

TSNW is conducting a focus group for women of color in or near Columbia City who have had a cancer diagnosis at any point in their lives. We want input on what types of free exercise programs we can offer that will meet your needs, improve your health, and make TSNW more accessible to all women. Team Survivor Northwest is the “Silver Lining to a cancer diagnosis”

We believe in the power of fitness to improve women’s lives after a cancer diagnosis. This belief is backed by research and the women who have walked through our doors. TSNW provides fitness and health resources at no cost to women of the Puget Sound area who have been diagnosed with cancer. We serve all women, with any type of cancer diagnosis, at any fitness and skill level. Membership is free. Programs include certified instructor-led classes, walking and hiking opportunities, dragon boating, triathlon training, cycling, and mountain climbing. TSNW also offers unique opportunities for fitness and self-care, including an annual fitness retreat, and occasional programs like snowshoeing and dancing. Since its inception 26 years ago, TSNW has helped thousands of women cancer survivors to not just survive, but thrive.
