Features TSNW Climbers

Our incredible Mountain Climbers were featured Sunday in The Seattle Times. We are thrilled that their inspiring stories are reaching a wide audience and bringing hope to other women who have had a cancer diagnosis. As they say, the women who came down the mountain were not the same ones who went up. They can do anything now! Check out the article here.

TSNW is conducting a focus group for women of color in or near Columbia City who have had a cancer diagnosis at any point in their lives. We want input on what types of free exercise programs we can offer that will meet your needs, improve your health, and make TSNW more accessible to all women.
