Fitness at Home
Now you can stay active and connected from home! Due to the stay-at-home orders and for the safety of our members, we have moved many of our classes and programs online. There are fitness classes, conversation groups and even a New Member meet-up to get to know other Team Survivor Members. To learn more or sign up for a class, click here and check for updates regularly.
Our community STEPPED UP for Survivors for our annual GiveBIG campaign on May 6th! Together, 185 donors gave a total of more than $36,000 to support Team Survivor Northwest’s life-changing programs. In a year of separation and struggle, the TSNW community united and showed it is ready to take on the challenge! (See our Program Challenge results here.)

We believe in the power of fitness to improve women’s lives after a cancer diagnosis. Our belief is backed by research, science and women who have walked through our doors.
