This year our incredible climbers will tackle the iconic, 8,365-foot summit of Mount St. Helens – Monitor Ridge. The first training hike is set for Saturday, May 7th, with the climb in early August. Registration is now open! Join us in this rewarding feat by clicking here.

Thank You for Stepping Up for Survivors!

A huge thank you to everyone who donated to our annual GiveBIG campaign – STEP UP for Survivors! Together we raised $32,750, passing our goal of 30,000! This will provide enough funding to double our fitness classes for a year: as we re-open in-person classes, we will keep the virtual classes long-term. Our Program Challenge also highlighted our strong community.

Team Survivor Northwest is the “Silver Lining to a cancer diagnosis”

We believe in the power of fitness to improve women’s lives after a cancer diagnosis. This belief is backed by research and the women who have walked through our doors. TSNW provides fitness and health resources at no cost to women of the Puget Sound area who have been diagnosed with cancer. We serve all women, with any type of cancer diagnosis, at any fitness and skill level. Membership is free. Programs include certified instructor-led classes, walking and hiking opportunities, dragon boating, triathlon training, cycling, and mountain climbing. TSNW also offers unique opportunities for fitness and self-care, including an annual fitness retreat, and occasional programs like snowshoeing and dancing. Since its inception 26 years ago, TSNW has helped thousands of women cancer survivors to not just survive, but thrive.
