![]() Yoga Yoga is an individual journey that enables us to know a more balanced and free way of life. We learn to slow down, reconnect with the teacher that dwells within, break from old habits, and blossom! Relax and renew body, mind and spirit with Yoga instructor Mara Benedict on Friday nights at Lotus Yoga. This restorative and invigorating class focuses on postures, meditation and breath work to calm, nurture, and strengthen the body. Please consider joining us for this hour and fifteen minute gentle meditative exercise class situated in a beautiful setting - it will leave you feeling open and refreshed. Classes are small and intimate. We will supply mats, straps and blocks, while you supply the desire to explore what lies within. Benefits of Yoga:
