Are you a walker, runner, biker, paddler, snowshoer, hiker, yoga devotee, or swimmer? If so, you are going to love Team Survivor Northwest's wide array of programs. If you have never taken up an exercise program program before, you are in luck - you can try a variety of progams and find what works best for you. Our Progam Manager and Fitness Trainers will help you find a program that suits your interests and needs. We will help you grow, learn, and succeed in ways you might not have thought possible.

Fitness goals
Each woman at Team Survivor Northwest has her own fitness goals. We strive to provide the opportunities and assistance you need to reach those goals. In order to ensure that Team Survivor Northwest provides a supportive environment for all of our members, we are committed to offering programs that include:
- Multi-level fitness abilities
- Multi-level health status
- Culturally diverse members
It does not matter what your health status or fitness level is! If you want to participate in one of our programs, we have a place for you and the encouragement and support is here to help you succeed.
