Cycling Program
![]() Team Survivor offers both indoor and outdoor cycling programs depending on the season.
Indoor Cycling In the off season, Coach Cris offers an hour-long build-upon-knowledge indoor cycling classes in Seattle. Designed around your heart rate monitor and your bike, Indoor Cycling is not a spin class! This is a great opportunity for you to learn how to train with a heart rate monitor, learn why it is important to use, and to improve your cycling fitness. Each week's session will build on skills learned the previous week. You will get a great workout in one hour including a warm up and a main exercise set with skill drills built in, followed by a cool down and some light stretching. This is a 6 week series that will start with a sub-max heart rate test establishing your training zones during the first class. Because this class is meant as a series to build on skills learned from week to week, there are no drop-in's. While usually not everyone can attend every single class, you will get the most out of the class by attending them in sequential order. What equipment do you need? A bike, a trainer, and a heart rate monitor. If you do not have those items, do not despair. TSNW and Coach Cris will loan you the equipment. But remember, there are only 6 loaner bikes available. Sign up soon! Bikes are assigned Indoor Cycling Class with Cris Kessler
