Team Survivor Northwest is a 501c(3) non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors.
TSNW’s mission is to provide fitness programs “to enable women cancer survivors…to take an active role in their ongoing physical and emotional healing.”
The TSNW Board is recruiting potential new board members for 2017. TSNW’s Board meets once per month, and is essential to TSNW’s outreach and community. We are looking for active, engaged TSNW members and supporters, who are interested in contributing to the governance and direction of the Team Survivor Northwest organization. We are particularly looking for people with prior board experience, or people with experience in the field of human resources.

Join us at Brooks in Fremont on Thursday, January 19 for our Annual All-Member Meeting. Come hear from the Board of Directors and Staff as they discuss TSNW’s budget and plans for 2017. Bring your feedback, input, rants and raves! TSNW is here to serve you, our members, and we want to hear from you.
The meeting will run from 6-8. Light appetizers and drinks will be served. The first 45 minutes will be a time to mingle and shop. Get yourself some new running shoes or gear up for your next race with some Brooks running apparel! We hope to see many of you there. Brooks is located at 3400 Stone Way North, Seattle, WA 98103. Two-hour, metered street parking is available.
Join us on Saturday, February 25, 8:30-5pm, at Spring Street Center on Capitol Hill for a great day dedicated to mind-body health and wellness.

If you are new to TSNW or a returning member, all active participants must submit a membership form and a physician’s release each year. We are working to go green in 2017 by using an on-line membership form. You can find the on-line form by clicking here: JOIN. You will also find a downloadable Medical Release on this page (as well as a downloadable membership form in case you prefer a hard copy). Please submit both the membership form and the physician’s release to take advantage of our many programs – at no cost to you! Once you have submitted both forms you will receive a 2017 membership card in the mail.
