If you are new to TSNW or a returning member, all active participants must submit a membership form and a physician’s release each year. We are working to go green in 2017 by using an on-line membership form. You can find the on-line form by clicking here: JOIN. You will also find a downloadable Medical Release on this page (as well as a downloadable membership form in case you prefer a hard copy). Please submit both the membership form and the physician’s release to take advantage of our many programs – at no cost to you! Once you have submitted both forms you will receive a 2017 membership card in the mail.

The TSNW office will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday Nov. 24th as well as Dec. 19 – Jan. 2nd. There will be no programming Dec. 26 – Jan. 1st.
